We provide online internship programs in Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Our services include access to course materials, mentorship, project assignments, and certification upon successful completion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• All program fees are listed on the website in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of enrollment will apply.

4. Ambassador Referral Program

College ambassadors may earn referral bonuses for successful enrollments made through their referral code. The bonus percentage is set by the Company and may be modified at any time. Bonuses are calculated on the total enrollment amount at the time of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, website design, and branding are the property of Estelle Darcy AI & Automation Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your course access or materials with others.
• Submit work that is not your own (plagiarism).
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued at the sole discretion of the Company upon successful completion of all program requirements. The Company reserves the right to withhold certification if program terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the enrolled program.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
