Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for internship programs offered by Estelle Darcy AI & Automation Private Limited.
1. No Direct Refunds
All payments made for internship programs are non-refundable by default. Once payment is completed, no automatic or direct refund will be issued — regardless of whether the course has started or not.
2. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, you may submit a request by emailing support@estelledarcy.com with the following details:
- Your registered name and email address
- Program(s) enrolled in
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. If the request is found to be valid, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment (via Razorpay).
4. Cancellation by Company
If the Company cancels a program for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, scheduling changes), a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
5. Ambassador Referral Bonuses
If a refund is issued for an enrollment that was linked to an ambassador referral, the corresponding referral bonus will be reversed.
